Our new group of Steer Apprentices have started their exciting career journey in the automotive industry with the Steer Academy. But before they started, we wanted to help set them up for the future learning and development.
We sent them off on a day filled with fun challenges to ensure that they had a balance of learning and activities to stimulate and engage, solve problems and make decisions together.
By developing our apprentices’ problem-solving skills, we can improve their ability to define solutions to complex situations. In addition, by refining their decision-making skills, we can help them work together and commit collectively to their decisions.
