We welcome National Apprenticeship Week 2024, the 16th annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships across the country. The theme this year is ‘Skills for Life’, reflecting on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and employers to develop a workforce with future-ready skills.
At Steer, we believe in nurturing apprentices by developing essential life skills, focusing on fostering critical thinking, effective communication and teamwork. We encourage adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous learning, equipping our apprentices with the tools to thrive in dynamic professional environments and contribute positively to their communities.
We celebrate and champion National Apprenticeship Week with the launch of our own internal Steer Apprentice Skills competition which carries through February, making it Steer Apprentice Month!
