We are thrilled to announce that over the months of June and July, we have welcomed seven new apprentice cohorts, totalling 60 apprentices, in collaboration with our partner, Emtec Colleges. This significant milestone signifies our ongoing commitment to nurturing talent and strengthening the future of the automotive accident repair sector.
Our partnership with Emtec Colleges is integral to our mission of providing high-quality education and hands-on training to aspiring professionals. Their expertise and dedication ensure that our apprentices receive the best possible start to their careers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the industry.
The new apprentices have joined their college induction blocks, which include a mix of teaching and learning sessions, as well as team-building activities. These comprehensive induction blocks are designed to support our apprentices every step of the way, fostering both personal and professional development.
The new cohorts are spread across four different automotive disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET), Panel, Paint, and Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA). This diverse range of specialisations highlights our commitment to providing a well-rounded and thorough training experience.
Apprenticeships are crucial for developing a skilled workforce, especially in specialised fields like automotive accident repair. They offer a blend of theoretical learning and practical experience, allowing apprentices to gain invaluable insights and proficiency in their trade. By investing in apprenticeships, we are not only fostering individual growth but also contributing to the industry's overall advancement.
We are excited to embark on this journey with our new apprentices and look forward to witnessing their growth and success. Together with Emtec Colleges, we are shaping the future of the automotive repair industry, one apprentice at a time.
