Giving apprentices the best start is crucial because it sets the foundation for their future success. It equips them with essential skills, knowledge, and experience, enabling them to excel. It fosters confidence, motivation, and a strong work ethic, ensuring both a fulfilling and prosperous career path.
We had a cohort of 20 of our multi skilled apprentices on block release at Emtec College. Their training was split across three disciplines, MET, Panel and Paint, giving them a thorough view of the whole repair process, which is proving very successful for these young and talented apprentices.
