We wanted to introduce Steer’s Charity Committee—a dedicated team focused on boosting our community impact where we live and work.
This committee will play an essential role in connecting with causes that resonate with our colleagues. One of their key responsibilities is managing the Steer Community Fund, which provides each region £250, four times a year, to support local projects. From sponsoring a children’s football team to providing vital resources for schools, our aim is to make a real, tangible difference.
Meeting quarterly, the committee will review nominations to ensure our contributions are timely and impactful. They’ll also support colleagues in launching their own charity projects 🤝 and help raise awareness for BEN, the Automotive Charity .
