Our colleagues attended the Regional South East National Apprenticeship Awards. It was inspiring to hear the stories of some of the apprentice winners and how they are making the most of their apprenticeship, setting themselves up for success in their careers, and seeing the investment made by employers across the region.
We were thrilled to win not one but two categories, the Large Employer category and our very own Steve Hoe, Head of Academy & Organisation Development, won Apprentice Champion.
This is a momentous recognition of the dedication and resources Steer has invested in building and nurturing apprenticeships, which are pivotal to the future of our industry. It's also a testament to the unwavering efforts of the Steer Academy, People Team, and all those who support our young talents on their apprenticeship journey.
