OUR PROCESS
When you leave your vehicle with us, a lot happens behind the scenes between vehicle drop-off and collection. Learn about the steps we follow and our Measurably Different process.
-
STEP 1
The first step in restoring your vehicle
After your accident your insurer will contact us, or you can contact us directly. -
STEP 2
Initial Damage Review
We undertake an initial damage review, this is where we ask to see the damage, either onsite with a quick overview inspection or via a photo of your vehicle. -
STEP 3
Vehicle Damage Assessment
If after the initial review, it looks like the car can be repaired, we will conduct a thorough damage assessment which evaluates the whole car and any potentially hidden damage. -
STEP 4
Repair Authorisation
Once the assessment is complete a report is sent on to your insurer for authorisation, or directly to you if it is a private repair. -
STEP 5
Parts Ordered
If your repair is authorised your vehicle is booked into your nearest bodyshop and parts are ordered in preparation for your vehicle's arrival. -
STEP 6
Vehicle Arrival and Check In
The first step of the repair process. Your car will be collected and checked in or you can drop it off if you prefer. At this point we will advise you how long your repair should take. -
STEP 7
Vehicle in Progress
Our team of craftspeople and automotive technicians will start work removing the damage and replacing broken components with brand new replacement parts. -
STEP 8
Customer Communications
There are many stages in the repair process, but we will keep you informed every step of the way, so there are never any unwelcome surprises. -
STEP 9
Vehicle Finishing
With your repair complete, our valet team will clean the inside and outside of your vehicle, and finish your new paintwork with a coat of polish. -
STEP 10
Quality Control and Final Checks
Our quality care team will go through your vehicle with a fine toothed comb, ensuring that everything is perfect. -
STEP 11
Delivery or Collection
Once your vehicle is ready, our customer care team will contact you to arrange delivery or collection so that you can have your vehicle back as soon as possible. -
STEP 12
Final Check-in
24 hrs after you’ve taken delivery of your vehicle our care team will be in touch to make sure you’re 100% happy with your repair experience. If at this point you are happy to leave us a review, we would be delighted.
